01Who may use Vizahome

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Vizahome. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account.

02The visualization service

Vizahome uses AI to generate interior and exterior visualizations from photos, prompts, and design choices you provide. Results are conceptual visualizations, not construction advice, measured drawings, or structural plans.

Do not rely on a visualization as a representation of structural feasibility, building-code compliance, product dimensions, material performance, or final cost. Confirm construction, renovation, safety, and purchasing decisions with appropriately qualified professionals and suppliers.

03Your photos and prompts

You retain the rights you hold in the photos and prompts you submit. You grant Vizahome and its service providers the limited permissions needed to process that content, operate the service, maintain your generation history, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful content, content that infringes another person's rights, or images of other people or private spaces without the necessary permission.

04AI-generated results

AI output can contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended changes. Review every result before using it. Similar prompts may produce different results, and a particular output is not guaranteed.

Subject to applicable third-party terms, outputs created during an active paid subscription may be used in listings, client work, and marketing. Free watermarked outputs are for personal evaluation. You remain responsible for how you use an output and for any required virtual-staging or AI-image disclosures.

05Recurring subscriptions and credits

Vizahome offers automatically renewing monthly subscriptions at $19 for 30 credits, $36 for 200 credits, $59 for 400 credits, and $119 for 900 credits. All four plans include the same features. Registration includes 3 free designs; real-image generations use 2 credits and refinements use 1 credit.

Subscription credits reset monthly and unused credits do not roll over. Upgrades take effect only after payment succeeds and reset the credit balance. Any applicable upgrade proration is calculated and shown before confirmation. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid term.

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid access continues until the end of the current paid term. If a renewal payment fails, paid access is paused immediately until a valid payment succeeds. While a subscription is active, downloads are provided at the same resolution as free previews without a watermark; this is not a higher-resolution tier.

Prices, billing intervals, and plan contents are shown before purchase. The Refund Policy explains failed-generation credit returns, statutory exceptions, and the limited circumstances in which payment refunds may be available.

06Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the service, bypass access or credit controls, or probe systems without authorization.
• Do not use the service to create deceptive, harassing, infringing, or unlawful content.
• Do not misrepresent an AI visualization as an unaltered photograph where that distinction matters.
• Do not resell access to your account or use automated access that imposes an unreasonable load on the service.

07Third-party services

Vizahome relies on providers for authentication, payment processing, storage, email, and AI generation. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and policies. Stripe processes recurring payments and payment-card details; Vizahome does not need your full card number to provide the service.

08Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to operate, secure, or improve the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations, or material breaches of these terms.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

09Disclaimers and liability

The service and AI outputs are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Vizahome disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or fitness for a particular renovation, listing, or commercial purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Vizahome is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on a visualization. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
